Tai Chi Chuan is suitable to every circle of people to exercise. Though there is difference between man and woman on sex, there isn't much difference in exercising Tai Chi Chuan. If we distinguish strictly, the following aspects should be taken notice. First, the difference in psychology leads to the difference in choosing the styles and routines. For example, women might like the gentle ones, such as the Yang style while men like the ones of higher intensity, such as the Chen style. Another point is during the woman's physiological cycle, their body and physiological status may wave harder. They should adjust the density of practice.
